30 years experience
My work is born from a deep desire to understand the human experience. As an accredited teacher and lifelong student, I blend 30 years of meditation—ranging from Transcendental Meditation (TM) to Tibetan Buddhist traditions, with a robust background in emotional intelligence and bullying prevention. None of us get through this life unscathed. We all face challenges that sometimes overwhelm us and we struggle to manage. There are many studies now that show us that mindfulness and meditation can reduce stress and increases our mental fitness. But we are all different. It's not a case of one size fits all, so you need to find a practice that works for you.

I think that our level of inner peace is the equal to the level to which we have integrated what life throws at us. Mindfulness and meditation are key elements of that integration. My own path has been shaped by resilience: recovering from early childhood trauma, managing a chronic autoimmune condition, mental health challenges and navigating the beautiful, demanding world of neurodivergent parenting.
